Bread Making - The "No Need To Knead" Way!

There are probably two reasons  why most people choose not to make bread at home these days:

(1)  The old method was extremely time consuming due to the time taken to knead the bread properly.  My cuts this out entirely. Absolutely no kneading.
(2)  And the pain in the hands and the arms from the kneading, totally taken away.

However, we have the perfect solution to that, The “No Need To Knead” method of bread making.

THE INGREDIENTS
¼ tea spoonful of packet yeast
2 teaspoonfuls sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup warm Milk, or just plain water but the temperature must be 110°F
1 egg (room temp)
 2 spoonful olive oil
375 Degrees and 30 minutes Oven time

THE PROCESS
Before you begin take two Teaspoon of olive oil and coat the bowl that you’re going to do the mix in.

Now take three cups of flour, the yeast, the salt, the sugar, and put them all in the mixing bowl, mix them up thoroughly, when you think you have mixed them thoroughly, then put in one egg at room temperature and continue to mix, as  this continues to mix add your one cup of milk (warm milk) 110 f Continue to mix until it is the consistency of play dough, approximately 12 minutes ,when this is achieved increase the speed of the mixer for approximately 4 minutes, this will alleviate the number of times You will have to turn the dough, in other words no kneading.

When this is done put the mixing bowl upside down on the flour covered surface, the dough will literally fall out of the bowl onto the flour covered surface and sheep into a round tight ball, cover with a towel and allow to rest for 10 minutes. This does not need to be exceptionally accurate it could be 15 minutes but 10 mins fine.

When the rest time is complete roll the dough Or flatten the dough out by hand whichever you like, then roll the dough up so that it becomes like a Swiss roll, tuck the ends into themselves then place in your Bread baking tin, sides raised with olive oil or butter. Put the rolled up dough open end end down, put in the oven for 30 minutes, 375 Degrees.

If you like the top of your bread crusty then when it’s been cooking for about 25 minutes, Melt some butter and coat the top of the bread, you will get a lovely brown crunchy top.

When you take the bread out of the oven and out of the tin if you tap the top of the bread or the bottom of the bread and it sounds hollow your bread is beautifully cooked.

Bon appétit

Remember 350 degrees is really warm, so use oven gloves & please don’t burn yourself.
